1. Weird video…i get the while “nas watching a slient film” thing and maybe
   his voice matching what the actors would say…but wtf is the point in
   random ass clips from his music videos being in there and not even edited
   right..this look like some windows movie maker shit..cmon nas…

   of money it shows old footage then it have these Egyptian kinda ppl
   representing I don’t know wat.i would of took it back to qb newyork city

7. Truly disappointed with this final version……. Just because Primo
   sampled that sound from the Movie the Director wanted to use that as a
   basis for the concept then throw in a bunch of old ass footage combined
   with some stock scratch film scratch plugins……. Looks more like a
   student project

   Call Me what you want, but this video is so out of Tune with the
   Culture…….. They needed the Entire Queens Bridge Projects in there, if
   for some reason they didn’t want to shoot in the streets they could have
   done it all in a studio DOPE how YG did the My N*GGA Remix

    to make wrong moves.

14. I saw the BTS so I get the concept behind the silent film, but what was
    even the purpose of having Nas come in? Wasted opportunity. The intro was
    excellent though.

15. 4 mins in front of any building in Queensbridge would’ve been better. Love
    Nas..but not what I think of when I bump this classic.

22. i dont want to be that guy but what they shouldve done is a real throwback
    video. straight up oldschool apparel from the 90s, and recording the
    footages with oldschool equipment to make it have that actual dirty vintage
    feel to it. like going back to the 90s one last time. i don’t think that
    wouldve been hard to do, and the result wouldve been much more awesome than
    this.

23. SMDH He should have followed the lyrics. Makes for a better blueprint to
    follow when making a video. You have a crowd of dudes on the hook saying,
    “Represent! Represent!” The guy could have got random people off the street
    in a circle saying the chorus with maybe Nas in the middle of the circle
    rapping. But I don’t know what this guy had access to do.
