  1. Good vid..Yes, AfricanBambaata, had more of an influence on the generations
    after the actual gangs. He probably was more effective on these groups
    because they were more influenced by the ‘afrocentristic’ movements that
    were being pumped in schools, communities centers, etc. Yes, music was a
    medium that brought people together. Gangs & drugs were definitely the
    downfall for many inner-city youth of many races, and now gangs/drugs are
    cleverly being promoted in the music.
