  1. That’s reform exactly. Sure a different bucket now has more or all of the
rocks now and it made a noise, that peaked someone’s interest. But that
isn’t reform, or originality, or true change even. The rocks are going to
stay rocks. Their are not going to turn into leaves are they? I will add
and tell if you agree with this? What’s been establish can be undone in
    time.

  2. @NicolasYates I see where you are coming from. The dust could also
represent the evil being felt by a majority of the people. As soon as the
dust rose, everyone stated coughing, as if the negativity, or evil was
spread out all over the town. Genius observation mr. Yates.

  3. lmfaoo i’m not going to write any grandiloquent analysis of symbolism
here… but bodie just said “dick lookin’ like a fried chicken wing”

  4. @LaidbackPlayboy As a resident of NYC I can tell you that planes hit the
tower. If you understood any architecture at all you would know that the
design of tall skyscrapers is built in a way that makes the tower fall
straight down, regardless of weakness in infrastructure.

  5. @RIBASAROUS yup, the great theme of the wire is that the capitalist
institutions around us, whether the drug empires or the education system or
cops, will never change because not enough are willing to address their
inherent failures. at the same time, the season is about reform in bunny
colvin and stringer bell, both of whom struggle and fail to reform because
of their institutions that they are stuck in.

  6. The Wire is one of the best things I’ve ever seen. This just proves it.
Every time you watch it you see something you didn’t notice before.
