Now that most of the inmates have been recaptured, Ratchet Lo makes the 5-hour trip from Shreveport to New Orleans to cosplay as a Hot-Boy, post up in front of a Soulja Slim mural, and pay homage to two Louisiana anthems. Juvenile’s “Set It Off,” produced by Mannie Fresh and Boosie’s “Set It Off,” produced by Mouse On Tha Track, lay the foundation for one of Louisiana’s newest stars to show and prove.
