  1. It’s called panning.. it was a very effective form of music editing to prevent the over-saturation of sounds. If you listen to old school bands from the 60s and 70s, sometimes some of the instruments could be only heard out of the Left Channel while the others were only heard in the Right Channel, while the Vocals usually were on both

  2. I know this… Lol. But, I don’t think it was intentional for this video. If it was, they sure didn’t balance the sides very well. That can be a cool effect, but it’s about balancing both sides.
