.ATTENTION: You do not have have the right to RESIST ARREST! Resisting
arrest is against the LAW! YES the Chokehold was illegal and my have
caused the man’s death.
BUT! If he had just followed the instructions of the police and surrendered
peacefully, he would STILL be alive! He would have been out of the police
station in an hour and home eating dinner that night.
If you resist arrest, it is LEGAL for the police use reasonable force to
subdue you, take you to the ground and cuff you.
Just like the recent video of the woman getting punched by a cop in
California refused to follow the instruction of the Cop and resisted arrest
so he took her to the ground to cuff her. Yes, punching her was illegal.
But if she had just followed the instructions of the cop and NOT resisted
arrest, she never would have been on the ground getting punched.

Oscar Grant wasn’t resisting arrest and they murdered him while he was on
the ground handcuffed. the “resisting arrest” excuse is just another poor
excuse for whites and Sambos to try to justify Gardner being killed by
police. This happens time and time again. There was an elderly black man
who was an ex-marine in NY who the cops shot to death. They kill black
children, teenagers, adults, men and women. Don’t come up here saying this
happens to everybody no the hell it doesn’t. Every 28 hrs a black person is
shot or killed by some form of law enforcement not including harassment and
beatings. Kelly Thomas was white and was beat to death. Rip to him, but how
many times has that happened to whites compared to blacks? not even close.

woman in texas was killed by police a few months ago. When has a
96-year-old white, asian, mexican woman been shot down by police? but again

arrest him he would have been back on the street in 3 hours selling his
