6. @Gypscrew so if your innocent and police comes to your dore and wants to talk to you ? you should not talk to them? thats contradictory cause police can say you resisted assitance right? so you become a suspect lol

7. @TheRogueMonk the point is dont talk 2them you are not required to do so.there’s no law being broken when you dont talk.ever notice how police say”they wouldn’t cooperate” do you hear them say”he broke the law by not talking”..think about that.talking to police helps them not you.you have every right to keep yourself out of trouble to begin with.look @ all the times on “1st 48 hours” (tv show) the police take a suspect in a room with no lawyer to get a confession,take a look.

8. @TheRogueMonk they are supposed to let you have a lawyer present.i never see them ask if you want 1.ever.and if they come to your door and say you dont want to talk they have to come back with a warrant.of course they arent going to mention your rights cause they want to do things their way

9. @TheRogueMonk i figure like this.if they come to me and say i did something or want to ask me about something the burden of proof is on them so they should be able to get a conviction based on whatever evidence they claim 2have.the only way i’ll speak is at trial and thats only if me and my lawyer decide i should.there was a girl in rhode island who the police asked 2testify against a murder suspect.they didnt protect her and she got killed.you havent heard about that though have you? rip 2her

11. @TheRogueMonk you may have a lawyer even if they just want to question you.in fact if you have 1 then you may avoid the rest all together.if the police have all the evidence they need against some1 believe me they don’t need anything from you,right?but remember once they get you 2talk it can only benefit them,whether you are guilty or not.remember the police aren’t going 2be able to violate or ignore your rights with a lawyer there.they can’t pressure you either.you have the right 2 a lawyer

12. .if they dont want you 2have a lawyer it’s not a good sign so dont talk without1,ever.1 of the tricks they use is asking the same question over and changing a little bit so you dont notice so then when you say yeah yeah,they will say”oh b4 you said it was another way”.if you dont have a lawyer dont talk even if they threaten to lock you up.it’s not a crime to refuse 2speak without a lawyer.

    @known2bcool if police stops you for drunk driving or suspect for having drugs or you are vitness to something bad like fighting or worse… shouldnt ou help the police telling htem what you saw and be honest?
    i always see on cops that everytime they are honest they are better off
    i mean not all situations require or ask for a lawyer.. of ocurse if there is a seroius big thing you always have to go to caurt anyway right.. but when its small things you should be able to be honest

    @TheRogueMonk im not suggesting you shouldnt be honest.i’m saying you dont have 2 speak 2 the police.and you dont have 2answer questions and they know that as well as me or you because they are given training in the law.YOU DONT HAVE 2TALK 2THEM and any good lawyer will tell you that more often than not you are helping the police.every scenario on this video,believe it or not is true and he is giving advice to live by

15. @known2bcool well first of all if you dont answer the police if you rnot a big suspect then the police will think your a real suspect for sure..
    i thik if police asks you to talk you should talk unless you require to hae a lawyer.. i think there is a difference between being a key person in a situation or just a bystander or just being pulled over by police .. on the road you would be honest and say i am sorry i will pay or give alcohole test
